Hi. Remember me?
What’s new? You ask..
I’ve sold the last batch of eBay cables and am up about $100 or so. I’ve got another batch of audio stuff for sale that I photographed this evening and will list that on ebay. I think I’m going to make it my goal and see if I can can find $1000 worth of stuff to sell on ebay this month. I don’t know that I’ll make it, but I’m going to try. I’ve been distracted with a few other projects but need to get on the ebay sales as sadly, most days, they’re the most profitable, and allow me to attack the debt the most.
Really, the focus needs to be to make more money this year. I’m reluctant to get a day job but I fear I might have to soon. I’ve been noodling around with trying to sell stuff via google and I’m down about $50 or so – which is manageable, and educational but I’m spending money on ads that I really don’t have. It’s a small amount, so I can’t worry too much about it but there’s good days and bad days, and I’ve had better days.
Today was pay bills day for me, among other things. I saved $8/month and $96/year with a phone call. I’ve been paying for unlimited text messages for I dunno how long. Want to know how many text messages I’ve sent? about 5.
So if there’s any value out of today’s post it’s this: check your bills. Can you save money? Are you paying for features you don’t need? Cable TV? Phone? I saved $100 – which is actually worth more to me because the evil cable/wireless company isn’t getting my money. I did this with a two minute phone call that I’ve been blowing off. I finally did it, and now my cellular phone bill is less.
I’ve also paid down my BMO Mastercard another $600 today, which brings the the balance to about $6,000. I’d love to get this card knocked off by the time the summer rolls around.
I might be able to see this happen, but if might be the fall before this happens.
